Book your Upgrade to GuildCare NG
Your pharmacy can now book your upgrade from GuildCare (Classic) to the new cloud-based GuildCare NG platform!
At no additional cost, your GuildCare NG upgrade is part of your annual subscription!
Upgrading is easy and our team will guide you through the process.
Please note: If you are part of a management group, our Group Relationship Managers are working closely with your Head Office to prepare your store for the upgrade to GuildCare NG.
Prepare for your Upgrade
Please nominate your GuildCare NG Admin User to call Pharmacy Services on 1300 859 328. You can also refer to our handy GuildCare NG Upgrade Checklist.
GuildCare NG is the upgrade from your current version of GuildCare (Classic).
The Upgrade is part of your annual GuildCare subscription and includes myPharmacyLink at no additional cost. Simply, contact Pharmacy Services or you can refer to your ‘Ready, Steady, Go! Upgrade to GuildCare NG Today’ email sent on 17 Aug 2017 to make a booking for your installation.
Your Patients’ information, Medication, Services and Messaging (previously known as MemoCare) history will be available in the new platform
All patient information, professional services history and messaging in GuildCare (Classic) will be transferred in GuildCare NG. You won’t lose your patient data from GuildCare (Classic).
If you have MemoCare, your scheduled message reminders will be transferred and available in your patient’s profile in GuildCare NG. If you are using HealthNotes and wish to use GuildCare NG’s Messaging instead, we can schedule the conversion at the time of booking. Once your installation is complete, you will no longer be able to use GuildCare (Classic).
Messaging and myPharmacyLink
You can send Messages to your Patients via SMS*, Email, automated Voice Calls* and the new channel – myPharmacyLink. myPharmacyLink is a pharmacist-managed patient app for patients to reorder their medication, communicate with your pharmacy, view patient services reports, and discover information about the medication they are taking at no additional cost.

Each User requires a User Account to access GuildCare NG
Each user of GuildCare NG will require their own email address and password to login to GuildCare NG. The GuildCare NG Admin User will need to assign roles and permissions for their pharmacy.
Training Resources are available
There are webinars, training videos and help guides available to learn how to navigate GuildCare NG and enrol patients into Professional Services, Patient Support Programs, Messaging and myPharmacyLink within the platform.
