What’s new – Calendar improvements 

These new calendar features & improvements have been designed to help support pharmacies to manage their resources and availabilities for online bookings (future).

New Special Trading Days feature in ADMIN

  • Let customers know whether you are trading on public holidays
  • Set up any other Special Trading Days and hours
  • These Special Trading Days are displayed in the calendar

** The inclusions of special trading days and hours will be automatically displayed within the App in a future app release.

What’s new – Resources Section updated

Following user feedback, the Resources Section has been redesigned to making easier to access and manage your resources.

  • Simply navigate to the CALENDAR
  • Click on ‘Manage Resources’ to create new resources or edit existing resources.

Don’t forget to promote your professional services via myPharmacy Services

The new feature provide pharmacies with the ability to promote Professional Services  to help increase customer engagement.

Through this new feature, your customers will be able to learn more about the range of Professional Services offered in your Pharmacy, such as Blood Pressure Testing, Leave Certificate and Vaccinations.

To enable Promote myPharmacy Services go to:
ADMIN > Promote myPharmacy Settings > myPharmacy Services

From the list of Professionals Services

  1. Toggle to display in the-app
  2. Input the price to charge customers for service
  3. Select the ‘Star’ icon to feature a service in the-app
  4. Drag the ‘=’ to determine the display order
  5. Select ‘APPLY’

** These new features may not be immediately available for some group pharmacies. For these group pharmacies, please talk to your state or regional manager.

Reminder – Cessation of Health Outcomes Data payment effective 1 March 2020

Pharmacies are advised that effective from 1 March 2020, you will no longer receive payment for the collection of Health Outcomes Data for MedsCheck/Diabetes MedsCheck, DAAs and Staged Supply.

Health Outcomes Data fees have been in place since 1 February 2018 to compensate for the time required to collect this data for the Department of Health and will cease on 1 March 2020.
