How to consent to GuildData

GuildLink invites wide participation in GuildData for Guild Advocacy purposes – data shared with this purpose is constrained for use by the Pharmacy Guild of Australia in negotiating the 7CPA on behalf of community pharmacy.

This does not require your Pharmacy to have a GuildCare subscription – GuildData is a distinct program and draws data specifically for 7CPA negotiating purposes.

The GuildData’s extraction, storage and transmission of the de-identified, aggregated data security and privacy processes are the best in class (refer to FAQs).

Once installation is completed, you will be able to view GuildData Pharmacy Scorecards.

Every Community Pharmacy can participate in GuildData for Guild Advocacy work regardless of whether you have a GuildCare subscription or not.

GuildCare NG Access

If you have a GuildCare NG account, the GuildCare NG admin (who will also be the GuildData admin) will need to login to GuildCare NG to consent to GuildData.

  1. Click on the grid icon & select ‘GuildData’ to switch to the GuildData section
  2. Accept the GuildData Terms & Conditions
  3. Consent to the ‘Use of Data Consent’ including ‘providing data to the PGoA to be used to support the advocacy work‘ & ‘NEXT’
  4. Provide Dispense & POS system information

Once your consent is submitted, the GuildData support team will be in contact to complete the GuildDataX install to draw out your pharmacy dispense & POS data. You will then be able to view your GuildData Pharmacy Scorecards.

To make it easier for your pharmacy to consent, the nominated GuildCare NG Admin User is also the GuildData Admin User. If you are not authorised to consent to GuildData and view pharmacy financial information, please complete this form.

No GuildCare NG Access

  1. Register to participate at https://ng.guildcare.com.au/guilddata/register-interest/
  2. The GuildCare support team will provide you a GuildCare NG account* to access GuildData at no cost
  3. Login to GuildCare NG and follow the steps within this handy guide to consent to GuildData

If your pharmacy’s dispense / POS systems comply, the GuildData support team will be in contact to complete the install. You will then be able to view your GuildData Pharmacy Scorecards.

A GuildCare NG subscription is not required to participate in GuildData
We will create a GuildCare NG account* for you to consent to GuildData at no cost.

*Account will be limited to GuildData only. Professional services, messaging and myPharmacyLink require a fully paid subscription.

Not yet upgraded to GuildCare NG
