Due to the sudden and unprecedented recent surge in demand for COVID-19 vaccination bookings, issues with connectivity resulted in some vaccination records not being saved within our database.
This has resulted in some records not appearing on the COVID-19 Vaccinations PPA Claiming report in GuildCare.
We recommend you review the PPA Claiming report against other records you may have I.e. dispense records, hard copy records or AIR.
Dates that could be affected are below (please note, there may be other instances in which we are not aware of):
We recommend that you re-enter the services into GuildCare, ensuring the 'Service Date' and 'Date of Vaccination' is correct and save it as a Draft.
Once it is saved as a draft, confirm the 'Service Date' and 'Date of Vaccination' is correct then click 'Complete'. The case will then appear in the PPA Claiming report to claim.
