Some COVID-19 vaccinations being recorded in the GuildCare platform are not appearing in the PPA portal for claiming.

 

How to identify:

  • Check GuildCare for any Approached vaccination cases
  • Check if AIR has recorded the vaccination by clicking on View Immunisation History
  • If service is shown in the Immunisation History as Valid then you will need to process a manual claim for this service.
