GuildLink is excited to launch the new GuildCare compatible patient medication management and services reporting app – myPharmacyLink – Your Pharmacy, Your Brand, Your App. Providing direct access to a patient’s local pharmacy, the myPharmacyLink app allows patients to manage their scripts, find government approved information about their medications and view in-pharmacy professional services reports – all under the guidance of their trusted pharmacist.

Most importantly myPharmacyLink has been developed to provide GuildCare partner pharmacies with an integrated app solution tailored to and branded for their pharmacy. Instead of focusing on one function the myPharmacyLink app integrates multiple pharmacy functions in one easy to use and implement app.

myPharmacyLink allows pharmacy to share detailed information about each medication the patient and their dependents are taking at touch of a button, helping ensure that medications are administered more safely and effectively.

myPharmacyLink enables patients to manage their scripts and the scripts of their dependents, including ordering repeats and alertingwhen a script is owing. This means more frequent script orders and reliable business for a pharmacy, as well as a healthier, more aware patient.

Aside from medication information and script management, the myPharmacyLink app is the first pharmacy managed direct to patient app that provides patients access to their GuildCare NG Professional Services progress reports and test results from their chosen pharmacy. These may include blood pressure monitoring, blood glucose monitoring, inhaler technique checks and vaccinations.

myPharmacyLink –  Your Pharmacy, Your Brand, Your App provides pharmacy with the tools and technology platform that empowers business to directly engage with and own their patients. The app is customised to each individual Pharmacy’s branding, the cost of which is incorporated as part of the annual subscription.

myPharmacyLink is an integral part of the new GuildCare NG pharmacy professional services platform. Working within the new platform myPharmacyLink closes the gap between patient and pharmacy, ensuring healthier results for the patient and the business. Management of patient’s medications and services, as well as patient-pharmacy communications about their medication concerns and script orders are easily managed by the pharmacist through the GuildCare NG platform.

Currently in pilot phase at selected GuildLink partner pharmacies, the myPharmacyLink app will officially be showcased to the wider market at this year’s APP conference. Visit the GuildCare exhibition stand (stand 12 – 13) to experience myPharmacyLink for yourself.
