Pay myPharmacy – Your online and in-app pharmacy customer payment platform
In response to COVID-19, GuildLink fast-tracked the development and launch of its Home Delivery solution, Pay myPharmacy.
This feature supports pharmacies needing to provide their patients and customers with an online and in-app customer payment platform for prescriptions and deliveries.
Using GuildLink’s pharmacy customer payment platform, patients and customers can order their prescriptions and other OTC items via either a pharmacy’s website or through the free patient-facing app myPharmacyLink, and request Home Delivery for the items purchased.
For pharmacies supporting patients with myPharmacyLink, customers will now be able to order, pay and request pharmacy Home Delivery – all within the free patient-facing app.
GuildLink launched the new Pay myPharmacy feature in support of the Federal Government’s COVID-19 Home Medicines Service, where pharmacies are able to claim $7.77 per delivery for the home delivery of PBS and RPBS medicines, thereby removing the need for a patient to break self-isolation.
“With the impact of COVID-19, we have seen a significant increase in demand for Home Medications Delivery services from both sides: from pharmacies wanting to offer independent Home Delivery services and from patients requesting home delivery as an option,” says GuildLink CEO Arun Sharma. “GuildLink is here to support pharmacies and their communities with the digital tools they need to order, pay and deliver via various options including self-delivery, Australia Post, Kings Group and others.”
Guild members can activate Home Medications Delivery solution and payment platform for free simply by activating the feature in GuildCare and registering for Pharmacy Click and Collect; while non-Guild members can email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise access.
