GuildCare can now send your claims for Covid-19 completed cases to the PPA portal for claiming. This avoids manual claiming!


Subscribers will need to: 


1) Set up the PPA Portal by adding the CVCP program 

2) Refresh GuildCare by logging out and back in on all computers

3) Ensure their PPA credentials are up to date in GuildCare


A user guide for the PPA Portal is available, and this email was sent to users as well.
