1. Why can't I view the Purchaser's ID number?
Due to privacy concerns, we are not able to store and display a government issued ID number. For more information click here to visit the Australian Government's Privacy Principles website.
2. Why can't I return a product from the Logbook?
We are currently working on this functionality and will provide further updates when it is released.
The pharmacist will have the ability to search within a chosen date range and view the transaction details as shown below:
We are pleased to announce the introduction of the Project STOP Logbook. The logbook will enable pharmacies to view all transactions in the pharmacy that have either been Approved, Safety Sale and Denied.
The Project STOP Logbook is the third option found in the Project STOP dropdown menu in GuildCare.
