Renew your B2B Device now

Your B2B device (activation code) is going to expire!  

If you don't renew your activation code now, you will lose your connection with AIR and won't be able to view patient vaccination history, submit vaccination records or claim COVID-19 cases from PPA via GuildCare.

You will need to complete the following steps to renew the expiry date. It is recommended that the Pharmacy Owner completes this process as they will be able to access Organisations within their PRODA account.

Note: if you have received a red warning bar in the GuildCare platform (see image below) please action the steps provided in the link below as a matter of urgency.
