Administrator

A summary of the key duties of your Administrator roles includes:

  • Authorising team members (called ‘Users’) via a simple registration process linked to your pharmacy to those that need to use GuildCare NG
  • Deactivating Users when they no longer need to use GuildCare NG
  • Ensuring that all Users’ comply with the License Agreement for GuildCare Subscribers
  • Reviewing your Users’ access on a regular basis
  • Ensuring that all Users understand their obligations as it relates to the use and disclosure of Personal Information
  • Ensuring that Users’ are qualified to deliver professional services as required by the Program Rules
  • Ensuring that all Users make truthful acknowledgements and declarations when using GuildCare NG
  • Implementing safeguards to protect GuildCare NG from unauthorised access or use.
